The manufacturing area has a combination of gas and electric fired, forced warm air heat, wet sprinkler, compressed air lines, 3,000 AMP, 480/277 Volt, 3 Phase, 4 Wire electrical service with a number of sub-panels and ceiling height of approximately 20’-24’ and a number of overhead cranes. 

The following is a summary of the number and capacity of the overhead cranes:

Eight       @    5.0 Ton

Three      @    7.5 Ton


The shop lavatory has a composite tiled ceiling, fluorescent lighting, painted masonry block walls, poured concrete floor and three gang sinks.  The shop offices have acoustical tiled ceilings, fluorescent lighting, painted masonry block and sheetrock walls and linoleum covered floors.

Located on the south side of the manufacturing area is an 8’ x 10’ wood framed, overhead door and a wood framed door that provide access to a loading platform.

There are two interior loading docks on the south side of the manufacturing area that have a ground level, metal roll-up door and a 12’ x 20’ wood framed, ground level overhead door that provides access to the yard area.  Located on the south side of the manufacturing area is a 12’ x 16’ wood framed, ground level overhead door and a 10’ x 14’ wood framed, ground level overhead door that provide access to the yard area. 

Located on the north side of the manufacturing area is an 8’ x 10’ wood framed, ground level overhead door and a metal framed door that provides access to the storage area.

There are a number of wood and metal framed doors on the north, south and west side of the manufacturing area that provide access to the yard area and a number of metal and wood framed doors on the east side of the manufacturing area that provide access to the office area.
