Storage Area: 

The storage area is located on the north side of the building and has steel ceiling joists with insulated metal, strip fluorescent lighting, a combination of brick and metal paneled walls, poured concrete floor, dry sprinkler system, approximately 12’ ceiling height and no heat.

There is a 10’ x 10’ wood framed, ground level overhead door on the west side of the storage area that provide access to the yard area, an 8’ x 10’ wood framed, ground level overhead door and a metal framed door on the south side of the storage area that provide access to the manufacturing area.

Second Floor: 

The second floor contains a total of approximately 7,440 square feet of storage space and is located in the northwesterly section of the building.

 The storage area has steel ceiling joists and beams with metal decking, strip fluorescent lighting, masonry block and brick walls, steel support columns, approximately 10’ ceiling height and poured concrete floor. 

Located in the southwesterly section of the storage area is a passenger elevator that provides access to the first and lower level.  There is a stairway located in the southwesterly and northwesterly sections of the storage area that provide access to the first floor. 

Lower Level: 

The lower level contains a total of approximately 5,400 square feet of office space and is located in the northeasterly section of the building. 

The office area consists of two private offices, general offices and storage room.  The office area has an acoustical tiled ceiling, strip fluorescent lighting, a combination of painted sheetrock and masonry block walls, linoleum covered floors, wet sprinkler system, gas fired forced warm air heat and central air conditioning. 

Located in the southwesterly section of the office area is a passenger elevator that provides access to the first and second floors.  There is a stairway located in the southwesterly and northwesterly section of the lower level that provide access to the first floor.
