Crabtree Room (20 x 11)
An elegant room with a corner mantled gas fireplace, the Crabtree Room features a canopied mahogany four-poster rice pattern bed and a sitting area defined by a lovely oriental carpet. This room is large, yet cozy and private, with floral wallpaper and lovely wide pine floors. You will enjoy the flowering crab tree right outside, beautiful in every season.

Rainbow Room (14 x 12)
Just like my grandma's house, the Rainbow Room has dormered windows and built-in chimney nooks that remind our guests of visits to their grandma's home in years past. A corner room, it's bright and sunny with a rainbow style brass bed, Laura Ashley wallpaper and a lady's antique tongue chair.

The Norman Rockwell Suite (18 x 12)
The antique sleigh bed headboard which graces a king bed, or two twins, lends this large carpeted room a comfy, old-fashioned feel. Norman Rockwell prints give this room its name and remind us of his unique ability to depict faces and scenes, which seem familiar to us all. A small sitting area allows you to catch up on your reading or share a glass of wine with your partner.

The Yale Hill Room (16 x 11)
A sunny room with windows on three sides, the Yale Hill Room is a favorite of our returning guests. The views include our lovely grounds and Yale Hill, which rises at the rear of the property and is especially beautiful during fall foliage with its towering maples! A queen pencil post bed, an antique dresser and wall-to-wall carpeting give this room a warm, cozy ambiance

Formal Living Room (23 x 16)
The Formal Living Room with double French style doors presents a view through the white porch columns to the street. The focal point of the Living Room is the exterior wall with a fireplace ornately surrounded and centered between the two French style double doors. High ceilings, period style moldings on all window, door and ceilings brings one back to the ambiance of 1824. A very inviting and comfortable room to enjoy the quietness of the day.

Formal Dining Room (23 x 14)
The Formal Dining room is accessed from the kitchen area as well as the mail hallway. The high ceiling, ornately surrounded Rumsford fireplace, period moldings on all windows and doorways, built in china and wood floors deliver an ambiance of yesteryear to every gathering
