Job Description: Candidates for this position require good organizational, analytical, and communication skills. We are looking for self-motivated team players with the ability to learn and grow in a fast paced environment. We welcome college and technical graduates with proficient computer skills. A majority of the training will be on-the-job assisting a senior appraiser in every aspect of an appraisal. A typical appraisal consists of the following stages.

Requirements:

       •   Education: College or Technical Degree preferred (but not necessary)
       •    Technical : Basic computer skills (Internet, Excel, Word )
       •    Travel: Regional and National travel required.

Compensation:

       •   Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience and background. The position
                  offers strong earnings growth to those that can succeed.
       •    Travel/Expenses: Use of personal vehicle is a necessity for local projects. Car and
                   Gas reimbursement. All expenses relating to out-of-town travel are fully reimbursed.
