The improvements include a 2 story industrial building utilized as a manufacturing facility with offices and an older wood framed, office / retail type building which houses an insurance agency.

    The main building is of brick and clock construction over a steel frame. The building rough dimensions are approximately 320 feet wide by 60 feet in depth. There is one truck high loading dock with an overhead door located at the northeastern end of the building.

    The manufacturing area of approximately 19,600 square feet has a ceiling height of ± 25 feet. There are 2 tower areas at either end of the building which extend through both levels and used in the manufacturing of fiber-optic cable.

    The office areas are located on the second floor, and are divided into open areas and private offices. The ceilings are recessed acoustical panels with both fluorescent and incandescent lighting. There is a small kitchen/break room, complete with cabinetry and a sink. Restrooms are located in the central portion of the building for both floors.     The small office/retail building contains approximately 1,300 square feet of area and is built over a full basement. Currently being rented by an insurance agency.
