  $105 - $150
  • All daily rates are for double occupancy and include a full candlelight breakfast each morning.
  • The daily rate for an additional person in a room is $25.
  • A full deposit is required at the time of reservation for a one-night stay; a 50% deposit is required for a stay of more than one night. Payment may be made by cash, personal check, travelers' check, Master Card, Visa, American Express or Discover Card.
  • A 9.7% state and local room tax applies to all rates.
  • Cancellations with a notice of two weeks or more will be refunded less a $20 processing fee. Any cancellation received less than two weeks prior to the reservation may not receive credit unless we are able to rebook the room.
  • A three-night minimum on weekends applies during July and August. Minimum stays may apply on certain weekends during other times of the year.
  • Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
    Early and late check-in must be arranged in advance, without exception. Checkout time is 11:00 am.
POLICIES:
  • We are a totally non-smoking Inn. Smoking is permitted only outside the house.
  • Children age twelve and over are welcome, however, we are pet free.
  • For your special occasion we will be happy to arrange for extras such as flowers, wine, champagne or other goodies.

TERMS OF SALE:
 $50,000.00 Initial Deposit is required at time of auction, Cash or Certified Funds.
Deposit to be increased to an amount equal to 10% of the Purchase Price within 3 business days.
5% Buyer's Premium applies.
Other Terms to be announced at time of sale.
