THE DELANEY HOUSE RESTAURANT & BANQUET FACILITY:

     The Delaney House is a two and one half story, wood framed restaurant and banquet facility. The facility contains approximately 22,759 total square feet of area, which includes an approximate 4,700 square foot finished basement, a portion of which is at "walk-out" grade, as well as a third floor two room office suite.

     Originally constructed in 1930, There was a major renovation and addition to the building, which took place in 1989. The original building is of masonry construction with brick exterior walls and the newer addition is of wood frame and steel construction with a vinyl sided exterior.

     The first floor contains a total of approximately 15,000 square feet, and is divided as follows:
     Bar / Lounge with seating for approximately 80 patrons.
     4 Separate Dining rooms with seating for approximately 210 patrons.
     Grand Ballroom with seating for approximately 250 patrons.

In addition to the dining areas as listed above, the first floor also includes a vestibule and hallway, kitchen, men's and women's lavatories and office area.

The new front entrance added during the 1989 renovation to the restaurant is from an open porch that is stepped up from a brick patio. Through the vestibule area is the first floor main hallway, which provides direct access to the bar/lounge. The grand ballroom is situated to the south of the bar, and has a movable partition, which enables the room to be divided. There is both storage space and an employee service area adjacent to the banquet area.
