have carpeted floors, wrought iron banisters, suspended fluorescent
lighting, along with hard-wired smoke & heat detectors and pull boxes.
The hallway doors are on an electric magnet locking system, which is
tied into the fire alarm system. The common areas are heated by a gas
fired, forced warm air, heating system.
The building also contains a laundry room.
