The apartment complex contains (11) one bedroom loft units, (5) one bedroom units and (14) two bedroom units.

There is one walkway leading from the main entrance to the parking area, and extends around the western side of the building to a handicap ramp for the 2 handicap accessible units, 105 and 106. Each unit has a 60-amp circuit breaker panel, and a hard-wired smoke & heat detection system. The front and rear hallways and stairwells have carpeted floors, wrought iron banisters, suspended fluorescent lighting, along with hard-wired smoke & heat detectors and pull boxes. The hallway doors are on an electric magnet locking system, which is tied into the fire alarm system. The common areas are heated by a gas fired, forced warm air, heating system.

The building also contains a laundry room.
